At Cuddtail London, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you and your pet to love every product you purchase from us. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day refund or exchange policy.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Opened pet food or treats

• Grooming products that have been used

• Personalized or custom-made items

💳 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
